Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed strawberries
  • 2 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 1 package powdered pectin
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 5 1/2 cups sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine fruit, pectin, and lemon juice. Boil.

Step 2

Add sugar. Stirring until dissolved. Return to a boil. Boil hard 1 minute while stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Step 3

Ladle into hot jars and process for 10 minutes.
