Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen Hashbrowns thawed
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 can Cream of Onion Soup
  • 1 16 ounce Sour Cream
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients and put in a casserole dish and bake 40 to 45 minutes.
