Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 cups mashed Sweet Potatoes, canned or fresh
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Milk
- For Topping
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1 cup Brown Sugar tightly packed
- 1/3 stick Butter melted
- 1 cup Nuts opinional
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Mix ingredients. Beat with a mixer until mixed well. Spread in a greased casserole dish. In separate bowl, mix ingredients for topping (it will be crumbly). Spread mixture evenly on top and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. .
