Ingredients
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Oil
- 2 cups Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 3 cups grated Carrots
- 1/2 cup Nuts
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamin
- 2 teaspoons Soda
- Topping
- 1 pound Powdered Sugar
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Stick Butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Step 2
For the cake
Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased 9 x 13 pan for 1 hour.
Step 3
For Topping
Cream together adding powdered sugar last. Frost cooled cake.
