Ingredients
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- cup basmati rice
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cup water
- ½ tsp salt
- As much cilantro as you want!
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, heat up the oil on low.
Step 2
Add rice and lime juice, stirring for about a minute or so.
Step 3
Dump the water and salt in.
Step 4
Raise to a boil.
Step 5
Cover, set to low heat, and let simmer for about 25 minutes.
Step 6
Stir in cilantro!
