Ingredients
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of sugar I use 1/2 brown and 1/2 granulated sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Place parchement paper on a cookie sheet. Or lighlty spray pan.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
Roll dough into 12 balls and place on baking sheet.
Step 3
Put granulated about 1 TBSP of granulated sugar on a saucer.
Take a fork and lighlty dampen it and stick it in the sugar.
Press sugar coated fork on peanut butter balls to flatten. Making a criss cross pattern.
Step 4
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 5
Cool. Enjoy
