Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
combine the milk with the vinegar and let curdle. In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. whisk the eggs into the cooled melted butter. stir the egg mixture into the curdled milk. add milk mixture and vanilla into the dry ingredients and whisk just until combined. Heat a pan over medium low heat. pour 1/4 cup batter into heated pan and cook for about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until golden. Flip and cook for about 1 minute more. Repeat with remaining batter.
