Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ripe mashed banana
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
Step 1
In medium mixing bowl, combine first six ingredients and then add 1 cup flour, and walnuts. Stir until moistened. Pour into greased 9 inch round glass deep pie dish. Microwave at medium 6 minutes. Rotate dish 1/4 turn and microwave 3 minutes.
Step 2
In small mixing bowl, combines first 3 topping ingredients. Cut butter into dry ingredients until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle on cake. Microwave at high 3 to 5 minutes until center springs back when lightly touched. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
