Philly Steak n' Cheese

Steak and cheese sandwich on a hoagie bun.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 md. onions salt and pepper 1 1/2lb.sirloin steak frozen for 2 hours 4oz. sliced american or provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls warmed and split sauteed mushrooms or peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp. oil in skillet and thinly sliced onions, peppers,and mushrooms.Until lightly brown.Salt and pepper.About 15min.

Step 2

Meanwhile slice the steak very thin.Add remaining oil to your pan cook steak 3-4min.Lay cheese over steak until it melts.About 2min.Remove from heat and fold cheese into meat.

Step 3

Form sandwiches with the rolls ,steak mixture and onion mushroom pepper mixture.

You may always leave out certain things people don't like or are allergic to.
