Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix, 1 package butterscotch pudding (99gm.), 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 4 eggs.

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour 2 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.

Step 2

Use an electric mixer on low speed first to mix the ingredients, then turn the mixer to medium and beat the batter for four minutes.

Step 3

Divide the batter between the two loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees f. for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean.
