Ingredients
- 1 package ( 8 oz) Pennslyvania Dutch Egg Noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cans (16 oz) stewed tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Cook noodles according to package and drain.
Step 3
In a large skillet brown the meat and onions, stir in tomatoes, chili and salt and heat through.
Step 4
Combine with noodles and turn into a 3 quart casserole.
Step 5
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
