Ingredients
- 1 lg. thinly sliced onion
- 2 tbl. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef top sirloin steak
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 2 14.5 oz. cans of beef broth
- 1 tbl. cornstarch
- 2 tbl. soy sauce
- 1 15 oz. mixed veggies
- 2 c. cooked fine egg noodles
- 10 oz. fresh spinach, torn up
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a soup kettle, saute onion in oil til translucent. Remove onions from kettle & set aside. Add beef & stir fry. Add celery, stir fry til crisp-tender. Add onions back to mix. Add broth.
Step 2
Combine cornstarch & soy sauce in a small bowl until smooth. Slowly add to kettle. Bring to a boil, cook & stir for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add in vegetables, egg noodles, spinach & pepper til heated through.
