Ingredients
- 1 lb chub of sausage
- 1 16 oz can refried beans
- 1 1.25 pkg taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mexican cheese
- 1 16 oz container sour cream
- 1 4.5 oz can chopped green chiles
- 1 6 oz can sliced black olives
- 1 lg tomato diced
- 1 11 oz jar salsa
- tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
Crumble & brown sausage in large skillet over med heat. Stir in beans, chiles & taco seasoning. Spread into 7" x 11" dish.
Step 2
Layer sour cream, then salsa, then black olives, then tomatoes, then onions on top.
Step 3
Cover with cheese, and serve immediately with chips.
