Great start Fruit Shake

Ingredients
- Large frozen ripe banana cut into small pieces
- Can unsweetened crushed pineapple juice
- Cup of orange juice 8 ounces
- Cup skim milk
- Teaspoon granulated sugar
- Teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender combine banana, pineapple with juice, orange juice, milk, sugar and vanilla. Process untill smooth, about 1 minute
Step 2
Add ice cubes, 1 at a time, to blender, pulsing after each addition, until mixture is smooth and foamy, about 1 minute. Pour fruit mixture into 4 chilled glasses, Serve immediately.
For an attractive garnish place fresh fruit such as raspberries, strawberries, etc on top of shake.
