Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon slat
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup chocolate morsels
- 1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt
Preparation
Step 1
In bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well
Step 2
In small saucepan cook butter over low heat untill browned, cool slightly, in large bowl, use an electric mixer set on medium, brown sugar and butter intull smooth, beat in egg and egg white, beat in flour mixture, stir in chocolate morsels, cover chill until firm about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 375, spray 2 baking sheets, drop cookies onto them.
Step 4
Bake untill golden about 15 minutes. Cool completely. arrange half cookies flat side up, top with frozen yogurt then press remaning cookies ontop, freeze for several hours
