Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, split and boned
- 1 adn3/4 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sour cream, juice, worchestershire sauce and seasonings together.
Step 2
Arrange chicken breasts in flat baking dish, spread marinade over pieces and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 4
Remove chicken from baking dish allowing as much marinade as possible to cling to the pieces; roll in crushed corn flakes.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Spoon melted butter over chicken and bake 10-15 minutes more.
