Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1/lb. Ground Sausage
- 1/8 lb Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1 Package Shake-N-Bake
- 1 can Jalapeno peppers (remove stems & seeds)
Preparation
Step 1
Stuff peppers with finely grated Monterey Jack cheese.
Step 2
Bisquick and sausage(works best if you use your hands).
Step 3
Pinch enough dough to wrap each stuffed pepper. Roll in Shake-N-Bake and place on cookie sheet.
Step 4
Put in refrigerator for a few hours or over night.
Step 5
Bake in preheated 425*F oven for 20 min.
