Ingredients
- 4 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate , chopped
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 egg s
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans , toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts.
Spread into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. (Do not overbake.)
ROCKY ROAD BROWNIES
Prepare as directed, topping with 1 cup each Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows and Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips for the last 5 min. of the baking time.
