Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1/4 cup dark rum (2 oz)
- 1/4 cup light rum (2 oz)
- 3 tablespoons passion fruit juice (1 1/2 oz)
- 2 tablespoons orange juice (1 oz)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (1 oz)
- 1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
- 1 orange slice
- 1 maraschino cherry with stem
Preparation
Step 1
In hurricane glass over ice, mix rum, fruit juices and grenadine syrup. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
Makes 1 serving
If you don’t have a hurricane glass, you can use another tall glass.
To serve this drink in a martini glass, add 2 tablespoons dark rum, 2 tablespoons light rum and 1 tablespoon passion fruit juice to a martini shaker filled with ice; shake well. Pour into a chilled martini glass, straining out ice.
