Ingredients
- 3 EGGS
- 1 3/4 cups SUGAR or 1 cup MOLASSES
- 1/2 cup HONEY
- 3/4 cup COOKING OIL
- 2 cups GRATED ZUCCHINI
- 3 cups FLOUR
- 1 tsp. BAKING SODA
- 3 tsp. CINNAMON
- 1 cup chopped WALNUTS to your taste
- 1 tsp. VANILLA

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
Step 2
Beat egg, add sugar and oil. Blend well,add vanilla and zucchini.
Step 3
Mix the next 5 ingredients and add to the egg and zucchini mixture. Mix well and then add nuts.
Step 4
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350* about 1 hour (until tester comes out clean)
Makes 2 loaves.
