Ingredients
- 2 cups SUGAR
- 2 cups FLOUR
- 2 sticks OLEO
- 1/2 cup OIL
- 1 cup WATER
- 8 Tbsp. COCOA
- 2 tsp.VANILLA
- 1 tsp BAKING SODA
- 1/2 cup BUTTERMILK
- 2 EGGS
- 4-6 Tbsp. MILK
- 1 box POWERED SUGAR
- chopped PECANS if desired.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix 2 cups sugar and 2 cups flour in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Melt Oleo,oil and water in saucepan. Mix in 4 Tbsp. cocoa and 1 tsp vanilla. Bring to a boil and mix with dry ingredients.
Step 3
Mix 1 tsp. soda into 1/2 cup buttermilk.
Pour this into the rest of the mixture with 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla.
Step 4
Mix well and pour into a greased 9X13 pan.
Step 5
Bake for about 40 minutes.
Step 6
ICING
Melt 1 stick olel in saucepan. Add 4Tbsp. cocoa, 5-6 Tbsp milk,1 tsp. vanilla and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add 1 box of powered sugar,add pecans if desired.
Mix well.
Spread on cooled cake.
This icing works great on any cake.
