Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- dash salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each additions.
Step 2
Pour filling into crust. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes.
Step 3
Combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Carefully spread over pie. Continue baking 10 minutes.
Step 4
Chill until firm.
