Easy Chicken and Rice Casserole
By tina041
This is a wonderful meal for families! Usually I have leftovers with 5 people in my family. I usually serve it with fruit.

Ingredients
- 4-5 chicken breast
- 2 bags of boil in a bag rice
- 2-3 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of peas/carrots
- 1 sleeve of saltine crackers or ritz crackers
- dried minced onions
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Boil a pot of water with minced onions, garlic salt, and pepper in it and the chicken breasts. When that is done pull the chicken out of the water but do not pour out the water, put the rice in it so it will have flavor and cook until ALMOST done, not completely done.
Step 2
While the rice is cooking let the chicken cool and either cute it up into bite size pieces or shred with a fork.
Step 3
When that is all done combined the chicken, rice, soup, vegetables, and a little bit of water (to keep it moist) together and put it in a baking pan. When everything is in it crush the crackers and sprinkle the whole bag on top, for extra seasoning add some of the garlic salt, pepper, and dried minced onions on top of the crackers.
Step 4
Put it in the oven on 375 and cook for about 35 minutes or until the crackers have a golden tint.
