Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 1/2 ounces pork gravy mix
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- 1 Can (8 oz) biscuits
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Spray 9x13 pan with non stick spray
Step 2
Cut biscuits into 1in pieces and line the bottom of the pan
Step 3
Brown sausage and sprinkle over biscuits
Step 4
Sprinkle cheese over the sausage
Step 5
Whisk eggs
Season to taste
Pour over cheese
Step 6
Make gravy according to package directions
Pour over eggs
Step 7
Bake for 30-45 minutes
