Ingredients

  • 1/2 can coconut milk (be sure to get BPA free cans like Native Forest)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Perfect Protein
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch ground cardamom
  • 2-3 whole cloves (or 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground cloves)
  • Pinch ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Put everything in a heavy duty blender like a Vita-Mix and blend.

Step 2

You can adjust the spices to your liking.
