Italian Chicken Savoy

This Italian style chicken savoy is one of our all time favorite dishes. We typically serve it with the cheesy creamed spinach and the flavors meld perfectly for an easy yet delicious meal!

Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
- 2 or 3 Cloves of Minced Garlic
- ½ Teaspoon Oregano
- ½ Teaspoon Basil
- ¼ Teaspoon Parsley
- 1/3 Cup Grated Three Cheese Blend
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°.
Step 2
Place the chicken breasts in a 9×13 or other shallow baking dish. Mix the water, olive oil and 1 tablespoon of sea salt, and poor mixture over the chicken.
Step 3
Spread the minced garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper to taste evenly over the chicken. Bake for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Remove the dish and drain off excess fluid, leaving the chicken in the baking dish. Let cool for a minute or two and serve.
