Ingredients
- 2 pounds grass fed beef
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sage leaves
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients. Shape into patties and cook on low-med heat until done. These can also be frozen
for a quick breakfast later on.
