Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 7 ounces ladyfingers
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
spray a pyrex dish with cooking spray
beat cream cheee with sugar till fluffy, add milk and vanilla essence abd beat well
fold in whipping cream and set aside
dissolve coffee in water
dip half of the lady fingers and layer in pyrex dish
spoon half the cream cheese mixture over the lady fingers
sprinkle cocoa
repeat with rest of ladyfingers, cream cheese, whipping cream and cocoa
chill overnight
