Chocolate Chunk-Banana Bread
You know what to do with those ripe bananas - bake up a loaf of moist and delicious banana bread! This time, toss in some chocolate chunks for added appeal.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 egg s
- 1 cup mashed fully ripe banana s (about 3 bananas)
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate , coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl; set aside. Beat eggs, bananas, oil and milk in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Stir in chocolate and nuts.
Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
MAKE IT EASY
For easier slicing, wrap bread and store overnight before slicing to serve.
