Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orzo (rice-shaped pasta)
- 2 ripe tomatoes cut into cubes (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
PLACE a medium-size saucepan full of water on to boil. Add orzo and boil 9 to 10 minutes. Drain and add tomatoes, basil and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
