Ingredients

  • Rava (semolina) – 1 kg
  • Sugar – 1 kg
  • Coconut – 1(grated)
  • Milk – ½ cup boiled
  • Ghee – 200 gm
  • Raisin , cashew – few

Preparation

Step 1

Fry rava with ghee in a pan till it become golden brown, keep aside.
In a pan heat ghee then fry dry fruits , add rava, sugar and coconut and mix well.
Add milk slowly to the rava mix sauté well.
Start making balls with the mix when it is medium hot.
Put one cashew and raisin in each balls.
You can store them in air tight containers when it cools down.
