Cream Cheese & Butter Cookies
This is a "melt in yourmouth" cookie that is a crowd pleaser

Ingredients
- 1 box Ultra Moist cake mix (yellow is a favorite)
- 1 8oz. package cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/4 teasp. vanilla (or your favorite flavor)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Put butter and cream cheese in bowl and set aside to soften. After softened continue by preheating the oven
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with either waxed or parchment paper
Step 3
With a mixer (or by hand, your choice) cream the butter and cream cheese till fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Add dry cake mix and mix.
Step 4
Using a small cookie scoop or rounded teaspoon and roll in the powdered sugar. Place powdered batter balls onto cookie sheets.
Step 5
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until cookie starts to turn golden.
General rule is when ya smell it they're done...;-)
