Great Grandma Reese's Pineapple Bread Pudding Stuffing

My mother always made this to go with our Easter ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large can crushed pineapple drained
  • 10 slices of cubed white bread
  • 7 large eggs fork beaten
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 lb butter melted
  • 1/4 c. cinnamon sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Melt the butter with the sugar in a bowl. Mix in bread, eggs and pineapple. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Step 2

Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes.
