Ingredients
- 1 bag spinach
- 1 box 10 oz frozen peas
- 1 lb. bacon crisply fried and crumbled
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms thinly sliced
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
In a large square dish layer spinach, peas, bacon, onion and cheese on top.
Step 2
In medium bowl mix sour cream and mayonnaise and spread over the cheese. Chill overnight.
