Ingredients
- 6tbs butter
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper or colored
- Saute till clear not brown
- Add 1 can cream mushroom soup undiluted or mushrooms
- 1 tbs worchestershire
- 6 tbs flour
- 1 can carnation evap (1 cup)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- (use bouillion)
- Shred cheddar 1/2 in mix 1/2 on top
- 2 cups cut up chicken
- Package spaghetti (2cups) partially cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Partially cook your spaghetti. Reserve some cheese for topping. Mix spaghetti with remaining ingredients and top with reserved cheese.
Serve as you would, tipped with parmesan cheese and a side of salad and crispy garlic bread
