  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 8 ounces cooked, diced chicken
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
