- 3 large oranges juiced, peel from one orange cut into large slivers

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup whipped topping (cool whip)

- 15 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 20 cl of heavy cream
- 200g of grated dark chocolate
- For the cream puff batter (pate a choux)
- 100g of butter cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 150g of flour
- 3 eggs
