  • 1/2 cup butter, 2 cups of graham wafer crumbs, I cup chocolate chips, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup chopped walnuts, 1 can sweetened condensed milk.

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Mix together with the graham wafer crumbs. Press in bottom of a buttered 13 by 9 inch cake pan. Then sprinkle chocolate chips over crumbs, then coconut, then chopped nuts. To finish, cover all ingredients with condensed milk.

Step 2

Bake at 350 degrees f for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool before cutting.

  • 1/4 cup / 50g of softened butter
  • 1 egg (divide the yolk and white)

METHOD:

  7. Bake at 340°F/170°C for 12 minutes, or until golden.

  8. Remove from oven and let cool.

  9. Pour the salted caramel into the center groove,and drizzle with dark chocolate.
