Ingredients

  • 1cup flour
  • 1tblsp baking powder
  • 2tblsp white sugar or icing sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1tblsp vegie oil
  • 1cup milk or water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients together in another bowl

Step 2

Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well with a whisk

Step 3

Cook on a hot griddle or hot frying pan with margarine melted in it. When the top of the pancake is full of bubbles flip it over and brown the other side

More milk can be added along with another egg to make a thinner pancake
