- 1/4 cupl onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp bbq sauce

Step 1
Heat oven to 375 F
Step 2
Mix meat, cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp cheez whiz, onions and egg until well bleneded. Shape into 8 by 8 inch foil lined square pan, brush with bbq sauce.

bake 30 to 35 minutes
transfer to plate
Step 4
spoon remaining cheez whiz into microwavable bowl, and heat till pourable and pour over meatloaf
