- Eggs
- Water
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place eggs in a saucepan large enough to hold them in a single layer. Add salt and cold water until eggs have been covered by 1 inch. Heat over high just until boiling. Let cook for one minute. Remove from burner, cover pan.
Step 2
Let eggs stand in hot water. Cover with a lid and let stand 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the eggs from the hot water with a slotted spoon. Run under cold water before peeling them.
