  • 2 lbs frozen hashbrowns (6 cups fresh shredded potato)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (10 1/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1
