Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hashbrowns (6 cups fresh shredded potato)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (10 1/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
