Ingredients
- 1 (3oz.) pkg ramen noodles, crushed
- 10 oz. sunflower seeds
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg shredded coleslaw mix
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 1/2 C white sugar
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 1/4 C cider vinegar
- 1 Tblsp soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In a preheated 350 degree F oven (175 degree C), toast the crushed noodles and nuts until golden brown.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw, green onions, toasted ramen noodles and seeds.
Step 3
To prepare the dressing, whisk together the sugar, oil, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and serve.
