Ingredients

  • 6 cups potatoes (diced peeled)
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 cups diced onion
  • 1/2 cup celery (diced)
  • 1/2 cup carrot (chopped)
  • 4 tsps chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups ham (diced cooked)
  • 12 ozs evaporated milk
  • 11/2 cups velveeta cheese (cubed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except milk and cheese in a large crock pot.

Step 2

Cover. Cook on low 7-8 hours, or until vegetables are tender.

Step 3

Stir in milk and cheese.

Be sure crock pot is 5 quarts or more**
