  • 2 large fresh Georgia peaches
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 cups flour
  • 5 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a blender, process 2 large fresh peaches until smooth (should make 1 1/2 cups).
2. Add sugar, eggs, butter, and blend well.
3. Pour into large bowl and stir in flour and baking powder and milk.
4. Bake in 9x12 inch pan for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean at 350 degrees.
