  • (4) 1 lb cans of salmon, bones removed, falked
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups crushed plain potato chips
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl flake salmon. Add the remaining ingredients and divide into two loaf pans. Freeze.

Step 2

On cooking day, defrost and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
