Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork butt, cut into 8 inch thick strips
- 1 cup of honey mixed with water
- 4 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 5 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 lb sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- Honey to coat

Preparation
Step 1
To marinate: Put pork strips in a container with all of the ingredients except for the honey. Marinate for 2-3 hours
Step 2
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Broil strips for 30 minutes. Turn and broil for another 20 minutes or until lightly crisp.
Step 3
Remove from over and brush honey evenly over pork. Cook for 10 more minutes. Transfer into a freezer safe container and freeze.
Step 4
To reheat, put into the over until hot.
