Step 1
Mix dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda) together in a large bowl.

Mix in butter and sugar with the dry ingredients into a creamy mixture.

Beat eggs with a wisk and stir in slowly into the creamy mixture.

Stir in bananas and chopped walnuts or pecans into the batter.
Step 5
Pour banana nut bread batter into 2 well-greased loaf pans and bake at 325 degrees F for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes our clean.
