Ingredients
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 cup nonfat mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare macaroni according to package directions, but do not add salt. Drain in a colander. Run under cold water to cool. Drain thoroughly.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Add macaroni, celery, green and red pepper and onion to bowl. Toss to coat. Place salad on a serving platter. Grnish with cherry tomatoes. Serve
