Ingredients
- *1 lb bonless, skinless chicken thighs
- *1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- *1 (4.5) jar of sliced mushrooms, undrained
- *1/2 cup of water
- *1 1/2 cup uncooked instant white rice

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in slow cooker. top with soup, mushrooms, and water; stir gently to mix and spread evenly over chicken.
Step 2
Cover; cook on low setting for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours.
Step 3
About 15 mins. Before serving; stir rice into chicken mixture. Cover; cook an additional 10-15 mins or until rice is tender. If desired add salt to taste.
